Study of some microbial infections of recurrent miscarriage in women

Background: some microbial infections can be passed to the fetus before or during birth and damage cause a miscarriage, like infection with ToRCH agents salmonella enterica. The current study aims investigate extent of involvement enteria serovars, proteus spp. Brucella in recurrent miscarriage women first trimester. Material method: 50 blood samples were collected from age rage (19-39), who had repeated miscarriages trimester periods extended October 2021 February 2022,. control includes 20 fertile no miscarried history. Two tests conducted which are IgM febril antigen slid test for identification infectious associated pregnancy loss. Results: present results showed that most frequent (RM) was group 35-39 years at percentage 34%, while lowest abortion rate 18% 25-29 years.
